Ghost Recon: Breakpoint – defeating the BEHEMOTH!
Hey all. So, sadly, today is the last day that I am blogging about Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. Why? Because I just purchase Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and I will be blogging about this game until next Friday (as I will be getting Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts).
So, today I would like to tell you that I finally went head on against the Behemoth. Size wise, it was normal size tank that I fought. However, it’s super strong with machine gun on the top. Every now and then (quite often, actually), the tank would shoot rockets. I was lucky enough not to die although I had to heal myself quite often. I also almost ran out of ammo.
Here are some tips in order to beat behemoth:
- equip powerful gear (obviously)
- have EMP grenade handy
- unlock some perks/abilities (such as to be able to carry more ammo, syringes, etc …)
- come with full ammo (d’oh)
- run … a lot
- heal if you have one bar damaged (will make it faster)
- hide behind concrete walls
Also, take your time. Behemoth’s health won’t regenerate (unless you leave the area, although, I never tried).
So yeah, it took me roughly 20-30 minutes to beat it but I did it. Got David’s Challenge achievement.
I was also able to get quite a few more achievements. I got “Tell Your Story” achievement. It’s easy. If you go to your main base, go left from Maria’s shop. You should be able to talk to NPC. Then talk through each choice and one of them will unlock the achievement.
I was also able to unlock the achievement where you have to unlock 10 perks. It was easy one, just make sure that on skills page, you unlock actual perks, not abilities, consumables or passive skills.
Alright, so this is the last post about Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. I must tell you that I had great time playing it. I am not saying “good-bye” to this game. I am sure as hell that Ubi will release DLCs for which they gonna charge … I will likely visit this game again when the first couple of DLCs are out. I will try to get achievements tied to DLC + some achievements that I haven’t gotten from base game.
